Acceptable use policy
Last updated 26 October 2026
This policy is part of our terms of use. It applies to everything you do with Appnetic: your prompts, the apps the agent builds for you, their previews and builds, and how you use the service itself.
Apps you can't build
- Apps that are illegal where you or your users are, or that help someone break the law.
- Apps that sexualise minors, or that harass, threaten, or promote violence or hatred against people.
- Phishing, scams and impersonation: apps that pretend to be another company, bank, government or person, or that collect passwords, payment details or personal data under false pretences.
- Malware, spyware, stalkerware, or apps that track people without their knowledge and consent.
- Apps that infringe someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights.
- Apps that sell or promote regulated goods (such as weapons, drugs or gambling) where that's not allowed.
Using the service
- Don't try to break out of a sandbox, reach other users' projects, or get the platform's keys.
- Don't get around plan limits, for example by opening many accounts, sharing an account, or automating sign-ups.
- Don't use sandboxes, previews or builds for anything other than building your app: no crypto mining, no proxies, no scanning or attacking other systems.
- Don't use Appnetic to send spam or to host files for people outside your app.
- Don't overload the service, or test its security without our written permission.
Your app's users
If you publish an app made with Appnetic, you're responsible for it: its content, how it treats its users' data, and following the App Store's and Google Play's rules.
What we do about it
We may remove content, stop a preview or build, or suspend an account that breaks this policy. Where we can, we'll tell you why first. Where there's a risk of harm, we act immediately, and we may report illegal content to the authorities.
Seen an Appnetic app or preview that breaks these rules? Report it, or email abuse@tryappnetic.com.
