What you can report
- An app or preview: a link that opens an Appnetic preview (a QR code or an
exps://link), or an app built with Appnetic. - An account: someone using Appnetic to break our acceptable use policy.
- A security problem in Appnetic itself. Please email us before sharing it anywhere else.
What to include
- The link or QR code, exactly as you got it.
- A screenshot of what you saw, if you can.
- What's wrong, and where you came across it.
The “Write a report” button starts an email with these questions filled in.
What happens next
We read every report. If something breaks our rules, we stop its preview, remove it, or suspend the account behind it, and we may report illegal content to the authorities. We don't tell the person you reported who you are, unless the law requires it. If you leave a way to reach you, we'll let you know when we've acted.
Copyright and trademarks
If an app uses your copyrighted work or trademark without permission, include what the work is, where it appears and that you're the owner (or authorised to act for them).
