Privacy policy

This policy explains what Appnetic (“we”) collects when you use tryappnetic.com and the Appnetic app at app.tryappnetic.com, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and profile picture from your sign-in provider (such as Google or GitHub).
• Your projects: the prompts you write, the code the agent generates, the versions it saves and any files you add.
• Usage: credits, builds and preview minutes used, so we can apply your plan's limits.
• Technical data: error reports and basic logs that help us keep the service running.
• Your Expo username, if you add it, so Expo Go on your phone can open your preview.
• Waitlist sign-ups: the email address and plan you join a waitlist with on this website. We send one confirmation and one email when that plan opens, and nothing else.

How we use it

To run the service: build and preview your apps, save versions, enforce plan limits, keep accounts secure and fix problems. We don't sell your data, and we don't use your projects to advertise to you.

This website

tryappnetic.com sets no cookies and loads no sign-in scripts. It counts page views with Vercel Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you: it only sees aggregate visits, pages and referrers. The waitlist form loads Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving bot check, only when you open it. To leave a waitlist, email hello@tryappnetic.com.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the services that run Appnetic, and only what each needs:

• Clerk: Sign-in and account management
• Convex: Database and backend functions (projects, chats, versions, usage)
• Vercel: Hosting for this website and the Appnetic app, and this website's cookieless page-view analytics
• E2B: Isolated cloud sandboxes where your app is built and previewed
• OpenAI: The AI models that write and explain your app's code
• Expo (EAS): Native Android and iOS builds
• Sentry: Error tracking (prompts, cookies and secrets are stripped before sending)
• Cloudflare: DNS, the secure preview gateway, and Turnstile (a bot check, only in the waitlist form)
• Resend: Sending the waitlist confirmation email

We may also disclose data when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and projects while your account is open. Idle cloud sandboxes are deleted automatically; your saved versions stay until you delete the project or your account.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account and projects. Email hello@tryappnetic.com and we'll reply within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and tell signed-in users.
