Terms of service

These terms apply when you use Appnetic at tryappnetic.com and app.tryappnetic.com. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
You need to be at least 16 to use Appnetic. Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for what happens in your account and your team workspaces.
Your content and code
You own your prompts and the apps Appnetic builds for you. You give us the permission we need to store, process and run them in order to provide the service. Generated code can contain mistakes: review and test it before you ship it to anyone.
Acceptable use
- Don't build apps that are illegal, harmful, deceptive, or that infringe someone else's rights.
- Don't try to break out of the sandboxes, get around plan limits, or attack the service or other users.
- Don't use Appnetic to send spam or malware.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Plans and credits
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of credits, native builds and preview minutes. Unused allowances don't roll over. Paid plans aren't on sale yet; their terms will be added here before they are.
Third-party services
Appnetic relies on services such as Expo, E2B and OpenAI. Publishing to the App Store or Google Play is also subject to Apple's and Google's own rules.
No warranty
Appnetic is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending your account
You can stop using Appnetic and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end the service or your access with reasonable notice, except where we have to act immediately.
Changes
We'll update the date above when these terms change, and tell signed-in users about meaningful changes.
